Wynne has been the executive groomer and manager of Fluffy'Spa since 2002, continually honing her skills and knowledge by attending shows and seminars across the U.S. and Canada. In 2006, she achieved the prestigious titles of IPG Certified Master Groomer and CMG of Canadian Professional Pet Stylists.Passionate about sharing her expertise, Wynne has been training Fluffy'Spa groomers since 2006. In 2014, she founded Fluffy Paws Grooming School, dedicated to shaping the next generation of professional groomers.

An esteemed member of the Canadian Groom Team, Wynne has consistently ranked among the Top Ten Groomers in Canada since 2017. She is deeply committed to fostering growth and excellence in the Canadian grooming industry.

Wynne is a proud pet parent to three delightful Bichons: KitKat, Hershey, and S'mores.

Shenly brings over five years of grooming expertise to her role managing all Fluffy'Spa locations. With extensive knowledge of both dog and cat care, she is known for her exceptional organizational skills and strong customer relationships. In her free time, Shenly loves spending time with her cherished Bichon, Porschie, and Hotpot. Porschie is Fluffy'Spa's model dog for grooming competitions, and Hotpot is currently in training to follow in those footsteps.

Huimin has been a dedicated professional groomer since 2018, excelling in both cat and dog grooming. Currently based at Fluffy'Spa Markham, she is known for her meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion for pet care. Her love for animals extends beyond her work, as she is the proud pet parent of a charming poodle named Coco, a unique Sphynx cat named Nana, and a regal Ragdoll cat named Queen. Huimin's commitment to her craft and her furry family exemplify her devotion to the well-being and happiness of every pet she encounters.

Quby is an exceptionally talented full-line groomer, specializing in both dog and cat grooming. She has earned multiple prestigious awards in grooming competitions across North America and internationally, showcasing her expertise and dedication to the craft. Quby is also a proud pet parent to two cats, Emme and Anny.

Carmen has been an integral part of Fluffy'Spa since 2010 and began teaching at Fluffy Paws Grooming School in 2018. Renowned for her exceptional scissoring techniques, she consistently earns top placements in grooming competitions and has recently advanced to the Open Level. In 2024, she was proudly ranked among Canada’s Top Ten Groomers by Groom Team Canada, and in 2025, she received the “Best Bichon” Award at Groom Expo West.

Carmen’s expertise spans a wide range of dog breeds, with a strong emphasis on breed-specific grooming styles, as well as health and maintenance practices. She is currently pursuing her Certified Master Groomer (CPPS) designation. Outside the salon and classroom, Carmen cherishes spending time with her two beloved Bichons, Charlotte and BoBa.

Cyrus entered the grooming industry in 2013 and grooms both cats and dogs. He is currently an assistant instructor for Fluffy Paws Grooming School and is undergoing CPPS certifications and working towards being a Certified Master Groomer. Competed in 2017 at Let’s Groom Niagara and got a honourable mention in Salon Freestyle group and won Best First Time Competitor. He has a Pomeranian named Pookie.

Lydia joined Fluffy'Spa after graduating from Fluffy Paws Grooming School in 2021. Her background as a former teacher has been invaluable in her role as an instructor, where she combines expertise and patience to support and guide her students. A Certified Master Groomer (CMG) and a CPPS certifier, Lydia is committed to excellence in the grooming industry. She actively competes in international competitions, where her advanced skills have earned her multiple trophies and accolades. Deeply dedicated to her craft, Lydia continues to inspire both clients and students. She is also a proud pet parent to two charming Spaniels, Butter and Oreo.

Christine graduated from Fluffy Paws Grooming School in 2022 and began her career with Fluffy Spa immediately after. Within a year of her career, she put her skills to a test and began competing in salon freestyle. In 2024, Christine achieved great milestones which led her to win her first competitions both in Toronto and Ottawa. She continues to develop new skills and techniques in pet styling and hopes to provide the best quality services to your furry friends. She has a Briard named Biscuit and a Bichon Frise named Soju.

Yue started her grooming journey in 2024 and is steadily developing her skills for both cat and dog. She has a Siamese Ragdoll mix cat named Yiyi.

Janice has graduated from Fluffy Spa Grooming Spa in 2017 and begins her grooming career immediately after. She has been working for Fluffy Spa for 5 years and currently still improving her skills. She is currently studying CCPS for Bather and working her ways up. She is a hardworking and dedicated to help whenever she is asked. She have two Havanese dogs named Panda and King Kong.

Yuki graduated from Fluffy Paws Grooming School in 2024 and is a Certified Canine Stylist Assistant. She's building her skills in scissoring and hand-stripping, and working toward her Terrier Specialist certification. When she’s not perfecting her craft, Yuki’s hanging out with her two playful poodles: a miniature named T-Rex and a toy-sized ball of energy named Rocket.

Michelle started her grooming journey after graduating Fluffy Paws in 2024. Her creative spirit and love for animals motivates her to continue refining her grooming skills. She loves spending time with her Green Cheek Conure, Aki and her Goldfish, Kevin.

Jacie graduated from Fluffy Paws Grooming School and joined Fluffy'Spa in 2025, Since starting, she has been dedicated to developing new skills and techniques to better serve her furry clients, constantly learning and growing in her role. She also has a lionhead rabbit named Coffee.

Talia graduated in 2024 and has continued developing her dog grooming skills ever since. Currently, she is fine tuning her techniques and efficiency, while enjoying working with animals. She has two rescue cats at home and has been fostering cats since 2016 welcoming over 75 kittens over the past 9 years.
